Terms and conditions:

Fee for participation: 260€, including housing and food.

Organization has the right to make changes in the program. After sending the application, you will receive a reply within 5 working days. We will send you an official invitation which you can use for e.g. applying for grants. After receiving invitation for BIDE, we ask you to pay half of the fee, 130 Euros within two weeks. If you cancel before May (1.5.2011) we will pay back 90 Euros. If you cancel after this date, we will keep the fee to cover organization costs.
The participation is at your own risk - the organizers of BIDE are not liable for any damages or injuries.

Please note that BIDE is a platform for choreographers, dancers and dance teachers, and students of these fields, and we ask the participants to have experience in the field of contemporary dance. We want to offer a space for exchange; there will be no classes in BIDE. Please fill the application form carefully and do not hesitate to contact us for any questions.
